Claim leads
Browse leads from companies on the marketplace and claim the ones you want to work. Some companies are open to every rep; others ask you to apply first.
Book meetings
Every rep gets a personal scheduling link. When a lead books through it, the meeting is attributed to you automatically.
Get paid per result
Earn the company's bounty when a meeting you booked is held, or when you close a sale on a small-ticket offer. Koryo tracks every bounty and pays reps out in batches.

Hyype Score
A score that rewards results, not activity.
Your Hyype Score runs from 0 to 100 and is recalculated each calendar month, like a QBR for your book. Points come from what you actually deliver, and turn into a score on a curve, so steady results beat a single lucky week.
- Sales outweigh signups. A held meeting is worth eight signups; a sale earns a point per dollar on top.
- Efficiency counts. Part of your score reflects revenue relative to volume.
- All-time is earned. Your all-time score averages the months you were active.

Questions from reps
Does it cost anything to be a rep?
No. Signing up, building a profile and claiming leads are free. Companies pay for the marketplace; you earn bounties.
What do I get paid for?
The bounty the company set for the result: usually a meeting that actually takes place, or for small-ticket products, a closed sale. Booked meetings that don't happen don't pay.
How do payouts work?
Koryo keeps a ledger of every bounty you earn and pays reps out in batches.
Why is my profile on HireOnChain?
HireOnChain is where your rep profile and resume are stored. If you don't have an account, one is created for you and you'll get an email to claim it. If you already have one, you can link it instead.
What is the Hyype Score?
A 0 to 100 score, calculated each calendar month, like a quarterly business review for your pipeline. Held meetings and sales count for far more than signups, and part of the score rewards efficiency, so quality beats volume. Your all-time score is the average of the months you were active.
Can any rep sell for any company?
Companies choose. In open mode any rep can claim their leads. In apply mode you send an application and the company approves who sells for them.
